SHIPPING INFORMATION -
Our goal is to have your order shipped as soon as possible. Our expected delivery time is usually within 3-5 days of you placing your order. Orders will be shipped through UPS Ground service, USPS or FedEx. You can upgrade your shipping to UPS 3 Day Select or USPS 2-3 day Priority. We will contact you if there is a backorder, delay or more than one shipment. Pitbike Pitstop customers will receive an email notification of the shipment along with the tracking information, if available. Updated 09/19/09

Order totals are before taxes [AZ only] and shipping costs. These rates apply only to the lower 48 states.
For orders to AK, HI, and International Rates, standard shipping rate apply. Please email or call for our rates.
Orders with Oversized items will ship ground only. Additional rates may apply.
Orders containing chemicals may be shipped separately for a shipping fee of 7.99. Hazardous items will be shipped ground only.
RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS: ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE RETURNING. We are proud to offer you a vast assortment of excellent products and accessories. Should the product be defective or damaged while in shipment, please call or email us so that we may best help you. Please mail your package back to us, with return authorization code written on the outside of the box where it is clearly visible to the receiving department, via USPS or UPS INSURED mail. If your package in uninsured, we are not responsible for loss or damage of your item, and in such case, may not be held liable for a refund on the item. Insurance protects both the buyer AND seller!! Once item is received, a confirmation of receipt of item and issue of refund, less 20% restocking charges, if applicable, will be emailed to you. If the merchandise has been installed on your vehicle, no returns/refunds are possible or will be accepted. No returns for any products after 14 days.
FREIGHT CLAIMS: All items should be inspected thoroughly upon receipt by the customer. If and shipping damage is found, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by an invoice and bill of materials.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of standard item orders must be received prior to shipping. Special ordered items are payable in advance and cannot be canceled for any reason.
PRICING: All prices shown on our Price list or on this site are subject to change without prior notice, either written or oral. Pitbike Pitstop is not responsible for any incorrect printing of prices, part numbers, and/or product descriptions.
LIABILITY: The acceptance and/or use of any product or accessory purchased from Pitbike Pitstop by the customer hereby shall release Pitbike Pitstop from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such products. The customer recognizes that any changes, alterations and/or modifications to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury, accident or death, and may also render the motorcycle illegal for use on public roads.
